1、Zirconia
High strength, excellent biocompatibility, superior corrosion resistance, non-irritating to gums, hypoallergenic; restorations exhibit natural-looking color that remains stable over time without discoloration; maintains long-term stability in the oral environment. Meets medical-grade radiation safety standards and complies with international safety certifications. Suitable for single-tooth to multi-tooth replacements. Compatible with CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Manufacturing) technology for high-precision machining.
2、PMMA
PMMA is the most widely used polymer material in dental prosthetics, primarily employed in fabricating denture bases, temporary crowns/bridges, and orthodontic appliances. It offers excellent biocompatibility, processability, and optical transparency. Modified formulations incorporating reinforcing fibers or nano-fillers enhance mechanical strength (flexural strength >65 MPa) and antibacterial properties.
3、Wax
The wax disc is a specialized sculpting wax material for dental prosthetics, composed of a composite of beeswax/paraffin wax/synthetic wax. With a softening point range of 38-42°C, it is used for crafting crown/bridge wax patterns, bite registrations, and orthodontic models. Its sculptural precision (±0.1mm tolerance) and thermal expansion coefficient (0.35%) strictly meet metal casting requirements, while exhibiting unique stratified color-display characteristics during clinical handling to distinguish functional zones.
